ENDORSED ORDER denying without prejudice doc. 30 Application for Default for failure to comply with Local Rule 3.01(b), Local Rules of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida ("A motion must include... a concise statement of the precise relief requested, a statement of the basis for the request, and a legal memorandum supporting the request."). Specifically, plaintiffs' motion fails to include a memorandum of law. Neither is it clear the precise relief requested as plaintiffs only stated they "are entitled to a Default." Doc. 30 at 2. Moreover, the motion altogether fails to indicate how plaintiffs effected service of process on defendant Billionaires Row Global LLC pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable state law governing service of process.
