ORDER TO STAY THE FEDERAL COURT ACTION PENDING THE ARBITRATION by Judge Stephen V. Wilson. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the matter entitled Judith Oster v. Worldwide Clinical Trials Holdings, Inc., Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. 2:25-CV- 00271, is hereby submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the terms of the arbitration agreement between Plaintiff and Defendant Worldwide Clinical Trials Holdings, Inc., including as against Defendant Patricia Hampton if she is served as a defendant or respondent. Defendant Worldwide Clinical Trials Holdings, Inc. shall pay all costs unique to arbitration. This action will be stayed pending the outcome of the arbitration and this Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the Stipulation to Arbitrate and enforce, correct, or vacate any Arbitration Award. The case is moved to the inactive calendar, and administratively closed. The parties shall notify the Court, in writing, should the case need to be restored to the active calendar. (MD JS-6.
