Torres. By no later than August 31, 2026, counsel for each party shall email the Court at "efile_torres@casd.uscourts.gov" with their best contact phone number for purposes of the settlement conference calls. The Court will call each counsel separately at the number provided. In advance of the settlement calls, and by no later than August 19, 2026, Plaintiffs SHALL provide the CHP Defendants with a written settlement demand.
