After careful consideration and for the reasons stated on the record, the Court GRANTED WITH PREJUDICE Defendant County of El Dorado's 18 Motion to Dismiss. The remaining, unserved Defendants were DISMISSED, WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). Plaintiffs' 22 Motion to Amend the First Amended Complaint was DENIED. The Court IMPOSED sanctions in the amount of $500, due within 10 days, to the Clerk of Court, for defense counsel's failure to abide by this Court's Order regarding page limits.
