MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of parties' Joint Motion to Modify Discovery Deadlines 40 , it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED and the following schedule shall govern this case: (1) Plaintiff's Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures shall be completed on or before August 17, 2026; (2) Defendant's Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures shall be completed on or before September 14, 2026; (3) fact discovery shall close on September 14, 2026; and (4) expert discovery shall close on October 13, 2026. It is further ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report on or before October 16, 2026, proposing next steps in the case, including whether the case should be referred for mediation and a schedule for summary judgment briefing, if necessary.
