IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Bifurcate Trial (id.) is GRANTED IN PART as concerns bifurcation of trials. After discovery, Plaintiffs' trials will proceed separately, beginning with Plaintiff Vollmar' s claims against Anschutz Exploration Corp and Industrial Welding and Supply, followed by Plaintiff Simpkins's claims against Anschutz Exploration Corp and Industrial Welding and Supply. This order has no effect on the current discovery plan, which will proceed as detailed in the Court's latest Scheduling Conference Order. (ECF No. 77 ).
