The parties were notified in the Court's May 28, 2026 Order that motions for extension of time must be filed at least three days in advance of the deadline sought to be extended to afford adequate time for the Court to consider the motion and for counsel to meet the deadline should the Court deny the motion. As Defendant filed its motion only one day before its answer deadline and did not meet the three-day advance filing requirement, the Court denies the motion.
