ORDER granting in part and denying in part (487) Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery in case 1:22-cv-10667-JMF. Application GRANTED in part. All deadlines in the Case Management Plan, ECF No. 426, are hereby extended by 60 days. Accordingly, the deadline for fact discovery is September 28, 2026, and the new deadline for expert discovery is November 10, 2026. Plaintiff shall provide Defendant with signed copies of all requested HIPAA medical authorizations no later than July 8, 2026.
