The Court has reviewed the 7832 Judgment and concludes that the Judgment incorporates the final settlement approval decision upon which it relies. See Ellender v. Schweiker, 781 F.2d 314, 318 (2d Cir. 1986) ("[W]e find no requirement in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that the document that constitutes the final judgment in a case be comprehensive. The dispositive fact in the present case is that the record reveals that the district court 'intended the judgment to represent the final decision in the case.'" (quoting Bankers Trust Co. V. Mallis, 435 U.S. 381, 384, 385 n.6 (1978))). Accordingly, the Court deems plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment to be a Rule 60(b) motion and will construe the parties' related filings as briefing on that motion. (PW)
