TEXT ORDER-- Proposed TO: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs' letter requesting, without objection from Defendant, that expert discovery deadlines be held in abeyance pending the outcome of Plaintiffs' pending Motion to Compel Compliance with a Third-Party Subpoena in the Central District of California. (ECF No. 164 ). In the Court's Amended Scheduling Order filed on January 6, 2026 (ECF No. 152 ), the parties were directed to make all filings under the Kavon matter while the two cases remain consolidated for discovery purposes.
