Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Mark H. Cohen: A telephone conference was conducted at the request of the parties to discuss a discovery dispute. The Court Ordered the parties to schedule the deposition of the 30(b)(6) witness on July 17, 2026, or July 24, 2026, at 10:00 am. The parties shall inform the Court by the close of business on Monday, June 29, 2026, as to which date the deposition has been scheduled and to provide the Zoom link to the Court. It is further Ordered that the date the deposition is not scheduled either July 17, 2026, or July 24, 2026, is when the attorneys will have their discovery conference in person to review all remaining discovery issues.
