MINUTE ORDER (TEXT Only): On March 27, 2024, plaintiff Starr Indemnity & Liability Company, defendant/third-party plaintiff JTS, Inc. d/b/a Todd Companies, and third-party defendants Buckman-Mitchell, Inc. and Todd Williams filed a stipulation to dismiss both the original proceeding and the third party action with prejudice. (Doc. 101 .) In light of the stipulated dismissal, the original action and the third-party action are terminated by operation of law without further order from the Court. Fed. R. Civ.
