ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION TO VACATE DEFAULT; DISMISS CHUANG LIN WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND ALLOW SEVEN DAYS TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT by Judge Cynthia Valenzuela: The Court hereby GRANTS the Stipulation 20 and ORDERS that the clerk's default entered against Defendants be vacated as to both Defendants 15 , 17 . Defendant Chuang Lin will be dismissed without prejudice from the case. Defendant El Astro Motel shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's complaint within seven days from the date this Order enters. Each party will bear its own fees and costs with regard to the defaults entered. (gk)
