ORDER: The Court GRANTS IN PART the parties' Joint Stipulated Motion to Extend Case Deadlines 96 . The Court finds that the recent substitutions of counsel for Defendants Fletcher, Niles, Welby, and Zimbrick 92 93 constitute extraordinary circumstances meriting an extension of the case schedule in this matter. The Court resets the case schedule in this matter as follows: Fact discovery is to be completed by 10/27/2026. Joint Alternate Dispute Resolution Report is due 11/30/2026. Expert discovery closes 12/15/2026. Dispositive motions are due 12/28/2026. The Court strikes the oral argument on dispositive motions previously set for 1/7/2027. The Court will reschedule oral argument if the Court finds that oral argument is needed. All other deadlines in the Court's prior Order 87 remain unchanged.
