ENDORSED ORDER: An April 20, 2026, order instructed the plaintiff Michael Camacho to file an amended complaint that complies with Rules 8 and 10, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Doc. 3. However, the amended complaint fails to state the plaintiff's claims in separate counts, making it difficult to understand the nature of his complaint. Doc. 4. The amended complaint also fails to indicate the result of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's ("E.E.O.C.") investigation into the plaintiff's claims. Doc. 4 at 9-10. Thus, no later than June 5, 2026, the plaintiff must file a second amended complaint that complies with Rules 8 and 10, and provides the result and the date of the result E.E.O.C.'s investigation.
