ORDER granting 19 MOTION for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. The case schedule is updated as follows: (1) fact discovery by 11/9/2026; (2) exchange of Plaintiff's expert report(s), if any, by 12/7/2026; (3) exchange of Defendant's expert report(s), if any, by 1/7/2027; (4) expert discovery by 3/1/2027; (5) all discovery by 3/1/2027; and (6) the final date to take the first step in dispositive motion practice, if any, consistent with the undersigned's Individual Practice Rules, is 4/1/2027. The parties shall submit a joint status report by 11/20/2026 addressing the status of their settlement discussions.Additionally, having reviewed the Pro Hac Vice application (DE 17 ) submitted by Attorney Lauren M. Fibel for Defendant iFIT Inc. and found it in compliance with the local rules concerning attorney admissions, the application is approved. If not already done, the attorney shall register for ECF which is available online at the NYED's homepage. Once registered, the attorney shall file a notice of appearance and ensure that she receives electronic notifications of activity in this case.
