(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Monica Ramirez Almadani DISCHARGING ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF PROSECUTION: On June 30, 2026, the Court issued an Order to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution 10 . On July 1, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Request for Clerk to Enter Default 11 . Default was subsequently entered 12 . In light of this responsive filing and the entry of default, the Court hereby orders the OSC discharged. The Court DIRECTS Plaintiffs to file a motion for default judgment on or before *July 23, 2026.* The motion shall be noticed pursuant to Local Rules and Judge Ramirez Almadani's Procedures and Schedules page on the Court's website. Failure to file a motion for default judgment or seek other appropriate relief by the Courts deadline may result in dismissal without further order or notice from the Court. See Fed. R. Civ.
