Civil Case Terminated pursuant to the 21 Minute Order. Text Only Entry (schap, )
Minute Order
MINUTE ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the parties' 20 Stipulated Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice (the "Stipulation"). Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the plaintiff may voluntarily dismiss an action without a court order by filing a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared. The Stipulation was therefore self-effectuating upon filing, and no further order of the Court is necessary. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the case. SO ORDERED, by Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak on 3/25/2024. Text Only Entry (stvlc5, )
