ORDER granting 58 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. On June 8, 2026, Magistrate Judge Henry J. Ricardo issued a Report and Recommendation. Dkt. 48. On June 26, 2026, this Court granted plaintiff Yafa Yafit Ran's request for an extension oftime, until August 1, 2026, to file objections to the Report and Recommendation. Dkt. 50. On July 31, 2026, proceeding pro se, Ms. Ran requested an additional 21 ~day extension, until August 22, 2026 to file hel' objections. Dkt. 51. That same day, Ms. Ran filed her objections. Dkt. 53. On August 3, 2026, the Court granted the extension request. Dkt. 52. On August 16, 2026, Ms. Ran obtained counsel, who requested the Court deem her prose objections inoperative and permit counsel to file revised objections by the existing August 22 deadline. Dkt. 58. On August 17, 2026, defendant Mount Sinai West Medical Center opposed Ms. Ran's request. Dkt. 59. That same day, Ms. Ran filed a reply. Dkt. 60. Ms. Ran's request to file counseled objections by August 22, 2026 is GRANTED, as her request to deem her earlier pro se objections inoperative. Defendant's response is due by September 5, 2026, a deadline which gives defendant a full 14 days to respond to Ms. Ran's counseled objections. SO ORDERED.. (Signed by Judge Paul A.
