MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sunil R. Harjani: Plaintiff's proposed order requested that judgment be entered for several of the counts. No motion for a Rule 54(b) judgment was filed and the Court will not enter a Rule 54(b) judgment order at this time without a motion establishing that it is warranted. In the Court's summary judgment ruling, Plaintiff was given leave to file a proposed order limited to the recovery and repossession of the RT Group trucks under Counts XV and XVI. Further, Plaintiff's proposed order included a reference to Count V, which was not included in their motion for summary judgment due to the bankruptcy stay and thus the Court did not rule on it. See 91 , 92 . Plaintiff is directed to submit a proposed order for replevin and detinue for the RT Group trucks to the Court's proposed order email inbox by 9/9/2026.
