ORDER GRANTING AS SET FORTH HEREIN the Joint Motion to Extend Trial Term and Extend Remaining Pretrial Deadlines. 159 In light of the circumstances presented in the Motion, particularly that Mr. Mina will be abroad for the holidays and a wedding for most of January 2027, the Court finds that the remaining pretrial deadlines are due to be extended further than the Parties propose, and, as a result, the case is due to be set for a trial term subsequent to the February 2027 trial term. This case is reset for the MARCH 2027 TRIAL TERM, which commences March 1, 2027, with a more precise trial date to follow. The Court does not anticipate it will grant any further extension of pretrial deadlines or the trial term absent the existence of extraordinary circumstances. The final pretrial conference previously scheduled to occur on October 27, 2026, (Dkt. 158), is CONTINUED, and will be rescheduled to occur on a later date by separate notice.
