   MINUTE ORDER denying 101 Third-Party Purchaser's Emergency Motion to Intervene (FRCP 24) and Objection to the Ratification of the Property Reversion. Francis's motion to intervene is denied as she already is a party to this action. As for her objection to final ratification of the foreclosure sale, it is untimely. The court already entered a final order ratifying the sale. ECF No. 99 . Even if timely, Francis offers no valid reason for the court to reconsider its conclusions that Plaintiffs retained a valid and enforceable lien against the Property upon which they were entitled to foreclose and that the sale of the Property to Francis was void ab initio . Memo. Op., ECF No. 71 ; Memo. Op. and Order, ECF No. 88 . Finally, insofar as Francis seeks to file a crossclaim against Pannell House Condominium Association and its counsel, ECF No. 101-2, that request comes too late. On July 13, 2024, the court entered a scheduling order setting August 18, 2024, as the deadline to join additional parties. Order, ECF No. 56 .
