Doug Waldo and Carolina Composites' Motion to Dismiss 35 is Granted pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2). Defendant John Mayhew's Motion to Dismiss 30 is Granted as follows: the trade secrets claims are dismissed pursuant to Rule 12(b)(7); the breach of separation agreement is dismissed pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6). Defendant Mark Waldo's Motion to Dismiss 35 is Granted in Part as follows: the trade secrets claims are dismissed pursuant to Rule 12(b)(7); the tortious interference claims are dismissed only with respect to the 2019 allegations pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6); the breach of separation agreement is dismissed pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6). Defendant Dave Waldo's Motion to Dismiss 32 is Granted pursuant to Rule 12(b)(7). Plaintiff is granted leave to file a second amended complaint to the extent that it can cure the identified deficiencies.
