ORDER ON SANCTIONS - The show cause order is discharged with respect to Mr. Radey. Regarding Mr. Lovern, the Court imposes the following sanction: Mr. Lovern SHALL complete six (6) hours of CLE programming on the topics of federal litigation and pr actice, professionalism, Rule 11, and the duty of candor toward the tribunal. Mr. Lovern SHALL file a notice with the Court by July 4, 2024 listing the CLE sessions attended and the corresponding credit hours.
