Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER: As discussed on the record at the pre-motion conference, the parties will refile their Rule 56.1 statements and pre-motion conference letters. The defendants will serve their Rule 56.1 statement on the plaintiff by June 22, 2026. The plaintiff will serve her Rule 56.1 counterstatement on the defendants by July 22, 2026. The defendants will file their pre-motion conference letter and their Rule 56.1 statement, with the plaintiff's counterstatement, by July 29, 2026. The plaintiff will file her response to the defendants' pre-motion conference letter by August 5, 2026.As instructed at the pre-motion conference, the Rule 56.1 statements should comply with the Local Rules and the Court's Individual Rules. Each paragraph in the Local Rule 56.1 statement must contain an assertion of a material undisputed fact, not a description of evidence. Each assertion must include a citation to admissible evidence, and each response to an assertion must include a citation to admissible evidence. The citations should clearly indicate what the evidence is; for example, a deposition transcript should be identified as such, and the citation should include the deponent's name. If a response does not cite admissible evidence, the assertion will be deemed admitted. Ordered by Judge Ann M. Donnelly on 5/19/2026. (CNG)
