ORDER. In accordance with the attached Order, it is hereby ORDERED that (1) this case shall be placed on the standard track under this Court's Local Rules; (2) the parties shall provide Rule 26 initial disclosures on or before September 21, 2026; (3) the plaintiffs shall amend their pleadings or join any other parties on or before November 5, 2026; (4) the proponent of any expert witness shall file their Rule 26(a)(2) disclosures on or before February 4, 2027, and the opponent shall respond with their Rule 26(a)(2) disclosures on or before March 19, 2027; (5) the parties shall conclude discovery on or before May 28, 2027; (6) the parties shall appear for a status conference on June 4, 2027, at 10:00 a.m., to determine whether the case should be referred for mediation, to set a briefing schedule for motions for summary judgment or to set dates for a pre-trial conference and trial. The parties shall appear before the Court, via teleconference, by calling 646-828-7666, entering Meeting ID 161 591 8885 followed by the pound key (#), and then entering the Passcode 984979 followed by the pound key (#).
