The imposition of a temporary stay is required because a three-judge panel cannot resolve the stay motion by April 29, 2024 and expresses no view on appellate jurisdiction or other merits issues. STIPULATION AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned attorneys, that N&A has executed the Confessions of Judgment annexed hereto as Exhibits A and B, in the amount of $80,000 each in favor of Bloomberg and Turner, and that Bloomberg and/or Turner shall not seek enforcement of the annexed Confessions of Judgment unless and until the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirms that portion of the Opinion and Order which awarded Defendants their reasonable attorney's fees and costs related to the litigation of Defendants' sanctions motion.
