TEXT ORDER -- The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs' second amended complaint. (ECF No. 97). In the second amended complaint, Plaintiffs include Judge Susan D. Wigenton as a defendant. However, Judge Wigenton was dismissed with prejudice on July 3, 2025. (ECF No. 8). Accordingly, Plaintiffs cannot include Judge Wigenton as a defendant in the second amended complaint. Plaintiffs second amended complaint is therefore STRICKEN. Plaintiffs shall file a corrected version of the second amended complaint that does not include Judge Wigenton as a defendant by July 22, 2026. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D.
