Order(Other)
ORDER: This Court allowed the parties to reopen discovery and amend the proposed joint pretrial order for the limited purpose of identifying Mr. Yeo as a witness and permitting Defendants to depose Mr. Yeo. (See June 19, 2026, Min. Entry & Order; July 10, 2026, Order.) Plaintiff has informed the Court that Mr. Yeo is now unavailable to appear for a deposition. (Letter from Pl., ECF 77.) To allow Plaintiffs to amend the joint pretrial order to include Mr. Yeo as a trial witness would be prejudicial to the Defendants. As such, Plaintiff's request for leave to file an amended Joint Pre-trial Order is denied. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Lara K. Eshkenazi on 9/3/2026. (MED)
