ORDER DISMISSING INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS ZONGLIANG ZHOU AND CIA SUN by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: On March 31, 2026, the court issued an order granting Defendants Zongliang Zhou and Cia Sun's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Ashley Jiang's First Amended Complaint Dkt. 57. The court set Plaintiff's deadline to amend to April 24, 2026, and stated, "Failure to file timely an amended complaint may result in dismissal of the action as to the Individual Defendants without further notice." Id. at 11. Plaintiff did not file an amended complaint. Accordingly, the court DISMISSES the Individual Defendants Zhou and Sun from this action. (lc)
