JUDGMENT OF FORFEITURE: IT IS ORDERED that the parties' stipulation and settlement agreement (Doc. 26 ) are approved. A judgment is entered that $10,000 in United States currency is forfeited as a substitute res. Plaintiff shall return the Defendant Vehicle to the Claimant, Laura Leottie Porter-Bowley, upon payment of the $10,000 as a substitute res and payment of all storage and towing fees. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. The United States District Court shall retain jurisdiction in this case for the purpose of enforcing this Order.
