MINUTES OF SCHEDULING CONFERENCE AND ORDER SETTING PRETRIAL AND TRIAL SCHEDULE Scheduling Conference held before Judge Hernan D. Vera. The Court held a Scheduling Conference with the parties on May 5, 2026. Having considered the parties' proposed pre-trial and trial dates, the Court hereby sets the following schedule governing this case: Hearing on Motions In Limine 3/30/2027; Last Date to File Motion to Compel Arbitration 6/4/2026; Final Pretrial Conference set for 4/6/2027 10:00 AM; Jury Trial set for 4/27/2027 09:00 AM. If the parties have not yet exchanged initial disclosures, the Court hereby orders that the mutual exchange required under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26 occur no later than May 27, 2026.
