ORDER, Accordingly, the Court STRIKES Defendant U20 Global Co., Ltd.s Answer to Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint, (Dkt. No. 24 ), from the record WITHOUT PREJUDICE to refiling. If Defendant still wishes to file its answer, it must file a motion for leave to do so and include the proposed answer as an attachment. In said motion, Defendant must demonstrate that the failure to file its answer before the deadline set by Rule 12(a)(1)(A)(i) was due to excusable neglect. Finally, Defendant must include a certificate of conference which confirms that it consulted Plaintiffs regarding the motion, and which indicates whether Plaintiffs oppose it.
