NO. 29] by Magistrate Judge Karen L. Stevenson granting 29 MOTION to Withdraw as Attorney. Attorney Nathaniel G Kelly terminated. IT IS ORDERED that:1. For the reasons set forth above, the Motion is GRANTED as set forth below.2. Within three (3) days of entry of this Order, Defendant's counsel shall serve a copy of this Order on Defendant by overnight delivery, by email, and by U.S. mail at Defendant's last known business address and email addresses of record, including on Defendant's registered agent, and shall promptly file proof of such service within five (5) days of the filing of this Order.
