DECISION AND TEXT ORDER: Pursuant to the Court's directives issued during the video discovery conference held on July 23, 2026, Defendants' motion to compel an IME of the Plaintiff (Dkt. No. 345 ) is DENIED. Plaintiff and Defendants' request to extend the remaining discovery deadlines (Dkt. No. 375 ) is GRANTED. The remaining case deadlines are reset as follows: Plaintiff's rebuttal expert disclosure reports are due by August 19, 2026; expert discovery, including expert depositions, and all remaining discovery shall be completed by November 13, 2026; and dispositive motions are due by November 20, 2026.
