   ORDER: granting 297 Motion for Release of Bond Obligation. Plaintiffs Pearson Education, Inc., Elsevier Inc., Bedford, Freeman & Worth Publishing Group, LLC d/b/a MacMillan Learning, Cengage Learning, Inc., and McGraw HillLLC ("Plaintiffs"), paid a cash bond of $2,500 to the Clerk of the Court in accordance with the Court's January 17, 2017 Order granting a Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 3). On October 11, 2022 the Court acknowledged Plaintiffs notice of voluntary dismissal and settlement against certain Defendants, and entered a final judgment and permanent injunction, thus closing the case as to all Defendants (ECF Nos. 293-5). NOW, THEREFORE, the Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to release the cash bond to Plaintiffs through their attorneys of record, Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP.
