MINUTE ORDER In Chambers by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) Plaintiff SG Blocks, Inc. ("SG Blocks") and Third-Party Defendant Saddleback Roofing, Inc. ("Saddleback") filed Stipulations to Dismiss Case in the Lead Case. (ECF Nos. 217, 218.) In light of the Stipulations, the Court ORDERS that: 1. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure ("Rule") 41(a)(1)(A)(i), SG Blocks's claims against Third-Party Defendant Avesi Construction, LLC are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; 2. Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), SG Blocks's claims against Saddleback are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with each party to bear their own attorneys' fees, costs, and interest; All dates are VACATED. The Clerk of the Court shall close both cases. (bm)
