ORDER AMENDING SCHEDULING ORDER [Dkt. 117] - The deadline set forth in Paragraph 2, subsection b., is amended such that the parties must complete the 30(b)(6) depositions of Portneuf Medical Center and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare no later than August 21, 2026. Plaintiffs must disclose the experts intended to be called at trial on or before September 11, 2026. Defendant must disclose the experts intended to be called at trial on or before October 23, 2026. Plaintiffs rebuttal experts must be identified on or before November 13, 2026 ALL discovery relevant to experts must be completed by: November 25, 2026.
