(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Fred W. Slaughter: The court has received the Joint Stipulation Between Plaintiff and Stein Saks and Soffer Defendants to Extend Deadlines ("Stipulation"). 193 The court observes that the Zeig Defendants did not join the Stipulation, and the Stipulation references the Zeig Defendants' motion to sever and stay (Dkt. 177 ), which was pending at the time the Stipulation was filed. (Id. at 8-9.) After the Stipulation was filed, the court denied the Zeig Defendants' motion. (Dkt. 194 .) Based on the record, including this updated posture, as applied to the relevant law, and in the court's discretion, the Stipulation is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rather, the court ORDERS all parties to meet and confer in good faith, and to attempt to reach an agreement regarding an extension of deadlines that can apply to all parties in this case, whether by the Zeig Defendants joining the existing Stipulation or by all parties agreeing to other deadlines. The court further ORDERS the parties to file a revised stipulation (or, if the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the existing stipulation with additional content reflecting the Zeig Defendants' present position), as a new and separate filing, on or before October 19, 2026.
