TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed Mr. Kanetkar's June 23, 2026 letter [D.E. 299]. The Court will take no action on Mr. Kanetkar's letter, or the potential conflict with Judge DeLuca. The Court is affording the parties an opportunity to try to agree on mediator. If one or more parties either is not comfortable with using Judge DeLuca as a mediator, or objects for any reason, then the parties should meet and confer to try to agree on another mediator. If the parties cannot reach agreement, they shall inform the Court by joint letter, in which each party may propose two candidates for the mediation, and the Court will select a mediator.
