REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Tanya Welch's motion for attorney's fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act ("EAJA"), 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (Docket No. 33 ), to which Defendant Social Security Administration ("SSA") responded in opposition (Docket No. 35 ) and Plaintiff replied in support (Docket No. 36 ). The motion was referred to the undersigned for a report and recommendation. (Docket No. 37 .)
