Discovery Hearing
MINUTES of Proceedings: Telephonic discovery hearing held on parties' discovery dispute regarding defendants' privilege log and redactions. According to the materials the parties informally submitted in advance of the hearing, and as confirmed by counsel at the hearing, there are approximately 62 documents at issue in this privilege dispute. Defendants shall produce those documents to the court for in-camera review by September 4, 2026. The parties also shall confer regarding a modified case schedule and submit a proposal for extending the current case deadlines by September 11, 2026. Daniel M.
