Clyde Atkins U.S. Courthouse, 301 North Miami Avenue, 10th Floor, Miami, FL 33128. All court proceedings will be audio recorded and can be transcribed upon request. However, if the parties insist on a court reporter, the parties shall notify the Court (via email to Lett@flsd.uscourts.gov with copy to all counsel of record) 48 hours prior to the hearing. Similarly, if any technological equipment is needed in the courtroom, the parties shall notify the Court (via email to Lett@flsd.uscourts.gov with copy to all counsel of record) 48 hours prior to the hearing. Please refer to Administrative Order 2018-79 for the Court's policy for bringing audio/visual equipment, mobile phones, and personal devices into the courtroom. While counsels are free to disagree with the relief and basis on which the opposing party may seek said relief, they are not permitted to disregard the Court's orders and procedures.
