ORDER. After consultation with counsel, the undersigned mediation judge has determined that a further mediation conference would not be productive at this time. Therefore, the mediation conference scheduled for July 9, 2026 is cancelled, and this case is referred back to District Judge Baxter for trial. If Judge Baxter and/or the parties conclude that the parties have moderated their respective positions to a point that further mediation may be productive, the undersigned remains available to reconvene the mediation.
