(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER SETTING PRETRIAL DEADLINES DKT. 13 ] by Judge John A. Kronstadt. The Court has reviewed the parties' September 25, 2026 Joint Report, the following deadlines are set: November 6, 2026 is the deadline to file joint reports regarding agreed upon private neutral. The last day to amend pleadings or add parties is due by October 13, 2026. The Expert Discovery cut-off is November 1, 2027. The last day to file all motions is November 15, 2027. The Post Mediation Status Conference is set for August 23, 2027, at 1:30 p.m. at 11:30 a.m. The Court grants the parties' request to participate in a settlement conference with a private neutral. If a settlement is reached, the parties are ordered to file a notice of settlement, with a proposed date by which the matter will be dismissed No appearance will be required on August 23, 2027 if such notice is filed on or before August 13, 2027. If a notice of settlement is not filed, counsel shall file a joint report by August 13, 2027, regarding the status of settlement and whether a second session would be productive. IT IS SO ORDERED. MINUTES OF ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE: DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF PROSECUTION by Judge Percy Anderson. The Court therefore orders the parties to show cause in writing on or before October 16, 2026, why this action should not be dismissed prejudice for lack of prosecution or failure to comply with the Court's orders. Pursuant to Rule 78 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court finds that this matter is appropriate for submission without oral argument.
