Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion to Substitute (ECF No. 174 ) which seeks to substitute Plaintiff Fremichael Ghebreyesus as the Administrator of the Estate of Simret Zerai Yohannes in place of Plaintiff Yohannes. The Court reviewed the request and finds good cause to grant the Motion.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Unopposed Motion to Substitute (ECF No. 174 ) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the caption of the case may be revised to reflect this substitution.
