Kenneth Cole, TransAm Trucking, Inc., and American Trucking and Transportation Insurance Company, in the State Court of Gwinnett County, State of Georgia, Civil Action File No. 25-C-00378-S4. The Court further ORDERS that the Plaintiffs' Stipulations set forth in the parties Consent Motion to Remand and Plaintiffs' Stipulations, Doc. 4 , are adopted and incorporated herein, and that the stipulations set forth therein shall have the same force, effect, and credit in this action before this Court, and in any other court of competent jurisdiction for claims arising out of the same facts or circumstances which form the basis of the Complaint, and that these stipulations shall be binding on the parties and their representatives, and shall be enforceable by the parties in this case.
