Plaintiff should file the first amended complaint as a separate entry on the docket. Defendants' responsive pleading is due by 6/8/2026. The Court strikes the status date set for 5/12/2026 and resets it to 6/10/2026 at 9:30 AM. The parties should file a revised joint status report, including a proposed briefing schedule if Defendants intend to respond with a motion to dismiss, the parties' respective positions on whether to stay discovery if Defendants respond with a motion to dismiss, and a proposed discovery schedule, where applicable.
