Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Maria Antongiorgi-Jordan: Initial Scheduling Conference held on 7/28/2026. As to Settlement, the parties informed that no settlement conversations have taken place, but are amenable to discussing settlement. After having heard the parties, the Court adopted the suggested discovery deadlines as proposed in the parties' Joint Initial Scheduling Memorandum filed at Dkt. No. 11 with additional settings: Discovery due by 4/30/2027. Motions due by 5/31/2027. Response to Motion Deadline due by 6/18/2027. NOTE: Pursuant to FRCP 6(a) an additional three days does not apply to service done electronically.
