Respondents shall RELEASE Petitioner Walter Nixon Garcia Shunico (A# 098-035-810) FORTHWITH from immigration custody, subject only to appropriate non-custodial conditions of supervision permitted by law. Respondents shall provide Petitioner and his counsel with written confirmation of release and shall file a status report certifying compliance with this Order within 24 hours. The Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the September 9, 2026 Judgment and this Order. (iv)
